Most of the time, a support/maintenance contract with a library provider will just provide support for the library itself. If bugs are found, they might work in a fix into the next release.
Vertispan takes this to the next level and provides several values you cannot get from off-the-shelf library support including quick access to our expert engineers, custom fixes and custom development.
What do the support subscriptions include?
Vertispan provides a variety of specialized services to help and support you the best way possible.
The Vertispan support subscriptions provide a fixed number of hours of development support (see each plan for amount of hours). You will get an email response within 2 business days and have a call scheduled within 5 business days.
